Just say it
"2k drinks, 500 water" is two sales. Mara writes it down and does the sums.
Money, made clear
Tell Mara what you earned or spent, or forward a bank alert. She keeps count, helps you plan your month, and tells you what it all means.
Works in WhatsApp. Nothing to learn.
Mama Titi runs a drinks spot in Surulere, Lagos. Hero video to come: her message, the receipt, the 9pm summary, then the app.

No forms and no spreadsheets. Type it the way you'd say it. Mara writes it down, does the sums and shows you what's left. Wrong? Reply undo.

At 9pm a short summary arrives on its own: what came in, what you spent, what's left, and who still owes you.
Open your book in one tap. Left today, what came in, what you spent and who owes you, all in one place. Nothing to download.

Nurse, IbadanGot a bank alert? Forward it. Mara reads who paid, how much and when, and asks if it's from someone who owes you. A screenshot can be faked, so it stays "not yet checked" until you confirm the money is in your account.
First, Mara reads your bank statement and fills in what you missed. Later, link your bank and payments appear in your book on their own. Read-only: it can see payments. It can never move money.
Plan
One message makes a plan for the month. Mara shows what's left in every pot, and tells you before one runs dry.
"Plan my 150k salary: rent 100k, food 50k" is enough. Rent ₦100,000. Food ₦50,000, split into groceries, foodstuff and vegetables. Spend from a pot and Mara shows what's left; move money between pots in one tap.
No salary? Plan from what you sell. "Rent 150k by the 19th" fills first, at its own pace, and each day's sales are split when you close.
Share pots with your family. "Add Ada for market", and her "market 6k" lands in Market. She sees only her pots; your own records stay yours.
Plans are on paper. Cashflow never holds or moves your money.
For businesses
Crates, cartons, bottles, bags, yards. Buy by the crate, sell by the bottle. Mara keeps count, tells you what each one cost, and says "running low" before it runs out.
A deposit today, the balance on delivery. Mara keeps every job: what's paid, what's left and when it's due.
Who buys often, who stopped coming, who still owes and for how long. Remind them with a message you send yourself.
"Send receipt to Mrs Okafor" makes a clean receipt you forward, and the book updates at the same time.

Sales all day, ice and gas costs, who still owes for last night.

Cartons, crates and credit customers, in one place.

Every braid and cut, and the products they use up.

Deposits, balances and delivery days, always clear.

Trips in, fuel out, and what you took home.

Client payments and what each job really leaves you.

For you
Keep business and personal money apart: your own book, named after you. Plan for rent and school fees, and see where the month went.

Mara, Cashflow's AI assistant, reads your own records and tells you what stands out, in one or two plain sentences. Every number comes from your book.
Rent of ₦150,000 is due on the 19th. Putting aside ₦3,500 a day would cover it.
Blessing has owed you ₦7,000 for 9 days.
Saturdays are your best days. A usual Saturday brings about ₦38,000. Other days, about ₦22,000.
102 days in a row. Your book is getting sharper.
Every answer comes from your own records. Mara never guesses a number.
"How much did I spend on fuel last month?"
"How much did we spend on food in September?"
"Who did I pay the most?"
Security
Your book is tied to your phone number, and the app is locked with your own PIN.
Not your bank PIN, your password or your OTP. Ever.
Cashflow writes down what you tell it, and the payments you choose to share.
Your records are used for one thing: keeping your book.
Price
If we ever add paid features, we'll tell you well before. Your records stay yours either way.
